If you are having a hard time using one of our Internet banking services we have the tools available to allow one of our Electronic Banking staff members to connect to your computer. This will allow our support staff the opportunity to view your screen with you and assist with the process. The following two options will allow you to download the TeamViewer software to your computer which allows the connection needed.

Need Assistance?

If you need assistance, please call our Derby office at 802-334-7915 and ask for the Electronic Banking Department. Once you are on the phone with one of our employees, they will be happy to walk you through downloading the TeamViewer software and continue to assist you.

The TeamViewer software only allows our employees to view your screen.

Note: We will not have access to make any changes to your computer's software or hardware.
